| 總結: | This article deals with aspects related to management of change in nowadays organizations, and the effectiveness attached to the leadership of those who manage it. In the first part the most significant aspects of change are treated, and the causes why this change has to be managed and organized are pointed out. Some strategies for doing it are indicated. In the second part the concepts of leadership and management are analysed. Some results of recent investigations are shown and the significant role of leadership is considered in relationship to the attainment of management outcomes. En el presente artículo se abordan aspectos relativos a la gestión del cambio en las organizaciones actuales y se vincula su eficacia al liderazgo de los que lo dirigen. En la primera parte se tratan los aspectos más importantes sobre el significado del cambio, se señalan los motivos por los que este cambio debe ser dirigido, organizado y gestionado y se apuntan algunas estrategias para ello. En el segundo apartado se analizan el concepto de liderazgo y dirección, se presentan algunos resultados de investigaciones recientes y se examina el papel tan relevante que juega el liderazgo de los directivos en la consecución de los resultados organizativos. |
