We will take a close look at the link between Frankl’s meaning of life concept and Carl Jung’s process of individuation. Could we confront the concept of an authentic meaning of life and a non authentic one? Then we will look at Erikson’s contribution as a complement of this work. At last, we will point at the importance of self knowledge, and projection to fullfill our meaning. | ||

Este trabajo pretende sumar el aporte de Frankl y otros autores como Jung, Erikson y Fromm a favor de un enfoque holístico e integrador. Profundizaremos en el «recorrido de sentido» que a lo largo de la vida vamos viviendo. Abordaremos la relación entre el concepto de Sentido de Vida de Frankl y el de Proceso de Individuación de Carl Jung. ¿Se podría manejar la hipótesis de un Sentido Auténtico frente a otro inauténtico de la vida? Luego tomaremos los aportes de Erikson para complementar este trabajo. Por último señalaremos la importancia de Conocerse, Ubicarse y Proyectarse para realizar nuestro sentido. | ||
