| Summary: | Viktor Frankl, founder of logotherapy, stated that there is a meaning of life under every circunstance. The intention of this work is to add up Frankl’s contribution with other authors like Jung and Erikson, in search of a holistic and integrating approach. We will take a close look at the link between Frankl’s meaning of life concept and Carl Jung’s process of individuation. Could we confront the concept of an authentic meaning of life and a non authentic one? Then we will look at Erikson’s contribution as a complement of this work. At last, we will point at the importance of self knowledge, and projection to fullfill our meaning. Viktor Frankl, creador de la Logoterapia, sostiene que la vida tiene sentido en todas las circunstancias. Este trabajo pretende sumar el aporte de Frankl y otros autores como Jung, Erikson y Fromm a favor de un enfoque holístico e integrador. Profundizaremos en el «recorrido de sentido» que a lo largo de la vida vamos viviendo. Abordaremos la relación entre el concepto de Sentido de Vida de Frankl y el de Proceso de Individuación de Carl Jung. ¿Se podría manejar la hipótesis de un Sentido Auténtico frente a otro inauténtico de la vida? Luego tomaremos los aportes de Erikson para complementar este trabajo. Por último señalaremos la importancia de Conocerse, Ubicarse y Proyectarse para realizar nuestro sentido. |
