| Resumo: | In the academic landscape relevant works have risen up from different geographical and disciplinary framings which insist on the urgent need to rescue and try to implement concepts such as common benefit and reciprocity. Likewise, they aspire to recover in the economic, legal and social sphere the principle of fraternity as a public ideal, which was forgotten, eclipsed or torn apart in today’s society characterized by an exacerbated capitalism and a moral relativism and now it´s the time for it to serve once again as a valid support for the economy and civil society to function properly. En el panorama académico han surgido relevantes trabajos que, desde distintos encuadres geográficos y disciplinares insisten en la urgente necesidad de rescatar e intentar poner en práctica conceptos como el de bien común y reciprocidad. Igualmente, aspiran a recuperar en el ámbito económico, jurídico y social el principio de Fraternidad como ideal público, al quedar olvidado, eclipsado o desquebrajado en la sociedad actual caracterizada por un capitalismo exacerbado y de relativismo moral y, que ahora –entienden– que es el momento de que vuelva a servir de válido soporte para que la economía y la sociedad civil funcionen de forma correcta. |
