| Summary: | Although the jail has many contraindications, time in prison can be an opportunity (kairós) for repentance, reconciliation and social reintegration. It is necessary to promote a justice of reconciliation to restore relationships disrupted by the criminal act. This is the aim of restorative justice. The key elements of restorative justice are the responsibility of the offender, the reparation of the damage, the restoration of social relations. Aunque la cárcel tiene muchas contraindicaciones, el tiempo en prisión puede ser una oportunidad (kairós) para el arrepentimiento, para la reconciliación y la reinserción social. Es necesario promover una justicia de reconciliación que restaure las relaciones rotas por el acto criminal. Este es el objetivo de la justicia restaurativa. Los elementos fundamentales de la justicia restaurativa son: la responsabilidad del agresor, la reparación del daño, la restauración de las relaciones sociales. |
