| Summary: | A new scenario of forgiveness, marked by large-scale conflicts and genocides, its political dimension or its approach as civic virtue, puts into question its traditional view and opens many new challenges. The article attempts to frame the dimensions of reconciliation brought by Christ, showing that not only provides answers to all these questions, but can send an illuminating message to our current world. El nuevo escenario en el que se sitúa el perdón, marcado por los conflictos a gran escala y los genocidios, su nueva dimensión sociopolítica o su planteamiento como virtud cívica, pone en tela de juicio la visión tradicional del perdón y abre multitud de nuevos retos. El artículo intenta enmarcar las dimensiones de la reconciliación realizada en Cristo, revelando en qué medida no solo da respuesta a todos estos interrogantes, sino que puede ser palabra iluminadora para el mundo de hoy. |
