| Sumario: | Before he accepts a case of nullity, the judge must try to persuade the spouses that they should validate their marriage and resume their conjugal life. The reflection studies the context, the meaning and the purpose of this canon, comparing it with the previous and later legislation to reach a reasonable explanation of its possible application. Antes de admitir la demanda de nulidad, el juez debe intentar que los cónyuges convaliden su matrimonio y restablezcan la convivencia (can.1676). Se reflexiona sobre el contexto, la significación y la finalidad de este canon, comparándolo con la legislación precedente y posterior, para llegar a una explicación razonable de su posible aplicación. |
