| Summary: | Once the fundamental notions concerning the marriage consent are recalled and specified, the elements of the free act are examined on the part of the mind and of the will and its possible pathology, bearing in mind the psycho-somatic reality of the human person. The incidences are remarked on certain areas of marriage nullity, especially those established in c.1095. Una vez recordadas y precisadas las nociones fundamentales en torno al consentimiento matrimonial, se examinan los elementos del acto libre, por parte del entendimiento y de la voluntad y su posible patología; teniendo muy presente la realidad psico-somática de la persona humana. Se indican las incidencias en determinados capítulos de nulidad del matrimonio, especialmente en las establecidas en el c.1095. |
