Nigoyi, Retired Chief of Justice of the High Court at Nagpur, as Chairman. This committee has made its report which runs to 165 printed pages. A copy is now in the Missionary Research Library. Because of the great interest aroused everywhere by this critical Enquiry we are making available the “Conclusions (Findings)” and “Summary of Recommendations” as published in India.
