| Σύνοψη: | At the beginning of Tr. Ps. 138, 24, Hilaire of Poitiers evokes a change of human nature at the resurrection. This passage raises textual problems that have been neglected in the most recent edition. Into what substance will human nature be changed after the resurrection, according to Hilaire? The manuscripts offer divergent readings: a nature that shall be eternal (aeterna), in bronze (aerea), aerial (aeria) or ethereal (aetherea). The present article explains the reasons why the last of those readings is the one to be preferred. It also examines the repercussions of this choice on the understanding of Hilaire's thought. Au début du Tr. Ps. 138, 24, Hilaire de Poitiers évoque un changement de la nature de l'homme lors de la résurrection. Le passage pose des problèmes textuels négligés par l'édition la plus récente. En quelle substance sera changée la nature de l'homme après la résurrection selon Hilaire? Les manuscrits présentent des leçons divergentes: une nature éternelle (aeterna), en bronze (aeream), aérienne (aeriam) ou éthérée (aetheream).
