Summary: | Reports on qualitative research designed to answer the following questions: “What is the nature of the collegial relationship of parish clergy in multiple staff work settings?” and “What is the relationship of birth order and family of origin to multiple staff relationships?” Analyzes and interprets the data in relation to birth order, closeness and distance, conflict styles, ethnicity and team relationships. Concludes that clergy and pastoral counselors can benefit both personally and professionally from developing greater awareness and knowledge regarding the variables identified in the research. |
