Summary:Religious people, and those active in the church who gather under the acronym of LGBTIQ find signs in the Bible of the plurality of desire and human gender identity as part of the order of creation. With different interpretations of Gal 3,27f. as a point of departure, their critical readings of homophobic texts such as Romans 1,26f. will be presented, and finally it will be shown how the New Testament presents a number of hopeful images beyond a dual physicality.
