Disciplinary law relating to work sub umbra Petri is addressed in this study, with particular reference to the two Regulations of the Disciplinary Commissions of the Roman Curia and of the Vatican City State. A comparison is made between the two Regulations in order to bring out the points of parallel and discrepancy, shared features and established limits, in the hope that the latter may be overcome in the future by the canonical and Vatican legislator. | ||
