| Zusammenfassung: | The power of the diocesan bishop is not only canonical, but also pastoral. However, both dimensions find in certain acts a double vertex. Among these is the Institute of Pastoral Visitation. It is, in this sense, the act of the bishop in which he demonstrates his jurisdiction over his subjects, and his pastoral closeness to the faithful entrusted to him. Even coming from apostolic times and defined as the bishop’s duty at the Council of Trent, it continues to be an institute of vital importance for the episcopal ministry, which is why it continues to be regulated by the current legislation of the Church., El poder del obispo diocesano no es sólo canónico, sino también pastoral. Sin embargo, ambas dimensiones encuentran en ciertos actos un doble vértice. Entre ellos se encuentra el Instituto de visita pastoral. Es, en este sentido, el acto del obispo en el que demuestra su jurisdicción sobre sus súbditos y su cercanía pastoral a los fieles que le son confiados. Aun viniendo de la época apostólica y definido como deber del obispo en el Concilio de Trento, sigue siendo un instituto de vital importancia para el ministerio episcopal, por lo que sigue estando regulado por la legislación vigente de la Iglesia., O poder do bispo diocesano não possui somente um caráter canônico, mas também pastoral. No entanto, ambas as dimensões encontram em determinados atos um dúplice vértice. Dentre esses se encontra o instituto da visita pastoral. Trata-se, neste sentido, do ato do bispo em que demonstra sua jurisdição em relação aos seus súditos e a sua proximidade pastoral em relação aos fiéis a si confiados. Mesmo advindo dos tempos apostólicos e definido como dever do bispo no Concílio de Trento, continua a ser um instituto de vital importância para o ministério episcopal, motivo pelo qual continua a ser regulado pela atual legislação da Igreja. |
