Description
Summary:A salvation history approach to the theology of leadership suggests an ideal of theocratic leadership, the heart of which is the servant leader model of Jesus. Such an ideal can be attained only in as much as leaders are able to find significance in their relationship to God rather than through their status and position as leaders. Such confidence in God empowers a leader to move towards the eschatological imperative of vulnerable authority.
