Description
Summary:The theoloical concept of sanctification is discussed from the reformed and Wesleyan perspective and equated with the psychological concept of self-actualization. Both concepts attempt to describe a long term growth process in the individual whereby certain characteristics become increasingly prominent. Christ is set forth as the outstanding example of a self-actualizing person and a study of sanctification in the history of Christianity will unearth some very significant and helpful discoveries for growth-oriented people.
