The law applicable in marriage nullity procedure involving two unbaptized persons are given Dignitas Connubii which can be considered as a complimentary source of interpretation of the Oriental Canons. The marriage nullity cases of the unbaptized are considered only when there is a necessity to prove their free state before the Church. |
