The authors organize insightsaround three basic questions that can serve as prompts for vitaldiscussions about how to educate chaplains more effectively tomeet current demands: What are we educating for? What are weeducating chaplains to do? Where is the need? This issue featuresthe research conducted from various collaborations aroundchaplaincy education and highlights the value of creatingfeedback loops between working chaplains, educators, andchaplaincy researchers. |
