Summary:This paper outlines the integration of ethicsinto an applied Computer Science Technologycurriculum through a four-step developmentprocess. This process includes: (1) declarationof the ethical value learning goal, (2) courseselection, (3) identification of specific coursecontent, and (4) teaching methods andassignments. Sample class activities areincluded. The activities can be implemented as``plug-and-play'' modules when incorporatingbasic ethical decision making into thecurriculum. Following this process allowsfaculty to meet the school's mission ofpromoting activities that apply intellectualand ethical heritage to work for the good ofsociety as a whole.
