Summary:Starting from the Instruction The pastoral conversion of the parish community at the service of the evangelizing mission of the Church, the article tries to study the relationship of the laity with their pastors in the pastoral care of the parish, keeping in mind the theological-legal principles of the subject and analyzing how this relationship is realized in the various forms of collaboration of the laity in the parish.
Partendo dall’istruzione La conversione pastorale della comunità parrocchiale al servizio della missione evangelizzatrice della Chiesa l’articolo cerca di studiare la relazione dei laici con i loro pastori nella cura pastorale della parrocchia tenendo presenti i principi teologico-giuridici del tema e analizzando come si realizza tale relazione nelle varie forme della collaborazione dei laici nella parrocchia.
