| Summary: | The article is devoted to one of the most discussed issues today - the issue of the status of women in Islamic countries. The author conducts a small historical review of the status of women in pre-Islamic Arab society, in ancient Rome, in ancient Greece and in ancient Christianity. In the era of the early Middle Ages, in Islamic regions, where people lived in tribes and where patriarchal relations existed, women represented the most vulnerable part of society and their participation in cultural and socio-political life was out of the question. The article provides a comparative analysis of the situation of women in the world before and after Islam, which will allow us to better understand the positive changes that Islam has brought and present a modern picture of the status of women.The article further analyzes the fundamental rights of women in Islam based on the Declaration adopted in Dakar (1983) and Cairo (1991) at the OIC (Organization of Islamic Cooperation) summit. The 11 points of the Declaration are based on the relevant suras from the Quran. Статья посвящена одному из наиболее обсуждаемых сегодня вопросов - проблеме о положении женщины в исламских странах. Автор проводит небольшой исторический обзор о положении женщин в доисламском арабском обществе, в Древнем Риме, в Древней Греции и в древнем христианстве. В эпоху раннего Средневековья в исламских регионах, где люди жили племенами и где существовали патриархальные отношения, женщины представляли наиболее уязвимую часть общества и об их участии в культурной и социально-политической жизни не могло быть и речи. В статье проведен сравнительный анализ положения женщин в мире до и после ислама, что позволит нам лучше понять те позитивные изменения, которые принес Ислам, и представить современную картину положения женщин. Далее в статье анализируется основные права женщин в исламе на основе Деклараций, принятых в Дакаре (1983) и в Каире (1991) на саммите ОИС (Организация Исламского Сотрудничества). 11 пунктов Декларации опираются на соответствующие суры из Корана. |
