Description
Summary:A neighboring diocesan tribunal communicates to the parties the names of the witnesses near the beginning of the marriage nullity trial. At the time of the publication of the acts, however, neither the parties nor their advocates are informed which witness provides specific testimony. The tribunal reasons that the parties already know the names of the potential witness, so it is not necessary for the parties to know the specific testimonies of each. A respondent recently questions the legitimacy of this practice. Is this practice legal?
