Summary:A bishop receives complains about a priest whom parishioners find difficult. He is assessed by psychologists who diagnose hm as having Attention Deficit Disorder. The bishop removes his faculties and appoints him to live in a retirement home for priests. The priest writes asking to be given his faculties back and to be returned to ministry. The bishop refuses to do this and the priest has recourse to the Congregation for the Clergy.
