L'enseignement social de l'Église porte un jugement critique sur les fondements anthropologiques des idéologies et des programmes et non sur la valeur technique de leurs propositions économiques ou politiques; il éveille chacun à sa responsabilité dans la société en vue de confronter les idées dominantes du moment avec celles de la foi dans la destinée humaine. The link between doctrine and action is often unknown by many Christians when the faith is the key for determining the measure in which participate in the implementation of the social, economic and political proposals in a given society. Social theories are based on anthropological foundations and social encyclicals do not pass judgment on the technical value of the programs of the various political parties but they propose an evaluation of the historical situations in relation with the human destiny. |
