| Summary: | The writings of John Paul II are rich in meanings and analogies that enrich our understanding of human person and God. According to the tradition, what is specific to human person is reason, which means the ability to assume responsibility. Nevertheless, such responsibility is paradoxical, because it is only realized in relationship with events that depend on circumstances - which are manifested especially in relationships with others, specifically through love. Now, it is properly the paradox of such personal responsibility that can give an analogical understanding of the mystery of God, one and triune (one in three). Gli scritti di Giovanni Paolo II sono ricchi di ricerche ed analogie che accompagnano la nostra comprensione dell'uomo e anche di Dio. Lo specifico dell'uomo è per tradizione la sua razionalità, che significa però la capacità di assumersi la responsabilità su di sé. Tale responsabilità è tuttavia paradossale, perché si realizza in relazione con eventi che dipendono dalle circostanze - ciò che si manifesta soprattutto nelle relazioni con altri, particolarmente nell'amore. Ora è proprio il paradosso di tale responsabilità personale che può dare una comprensione analogica del mistero di Dio, uno e trino. |
