Il commente (1) le procédé de l'éditeur relativement à la tradition manuscrite du texte; (2) il indique plus de 30 réimpressions du bref, des années 1650 jusqu'à 1742, que l'éditeur a laissées de côté. Particulièrement importantes sont les sept réimpressions des années 1650/1651, deux comme affiches, cinq comme feuilles volantes avec pour la plupart une fausse date. En (3) on édite en plus une déclaration devant notaire du nonce Chigi du 19 février 1649 sur sa médiation, et sa protestation contre la paix de Westphalie. This article completes the edition of the papal brief «Zelo domus Dei», published in AHP 31 (1993) 293-305. It gives a commentary (1) on the procedure used by the editor in the presentation of the textual tradition of the text; (2) on the over 30 reprintings of the brief, made in the period 1650 to 1742, and omitted by the editor. Of major interest are the reprintings in the years 1650/1651: two of them in the form of placards, five others as pamphlets generally with a false date. In (3) is published nuntius Chigi's notarized declaration, dated February 19, 1649, on his mediation and on his protest against the peace treaty of Westphalia. |
