| Summary: | Dans cette liste sont relevées toutes les minutes des instructions chiffrées de la Secrétairerie d'État d'Urbain VIII, dans l'ordre des destinataires, c'est-à-dire des nonciatures. Les minutes sont ici attribuées pour la plupart aux membres identifiés de la Secrétairerie d'État. Les volumes analysés, conservés dans les archives du Vatican et dans la Bibliothèque vaticane, sont présentés non en suivant les numéros des cotes, mais dans l'ordre chronologique. Les 'minutanti' (liste III) sont cités dans l'ordre de leur première apparition dans un registre. Pour chaque registre on indique au début le minutante principal (HM), ou les minutanti principaux qui se sont partagés le travail. Pour les minutes où l'on relève plusieurs mains, on a ajouté entre parenthèses le minutante supplémentaire, ou le correcteur. — Une photothèque avec des échantillons d'écriture de tous les minutanti et des nombreux secrétaires ou copistes du temps d'Urban VIII est accessible dans l'Institut romain de la Görresgesellschaft. The catalog presented here contains the original drafts of all the enciphered instructions of the Secretary of State under Pope Urban VIII. The drafts are put in order according to their recipients, i.e. the nuntiatures or individuals. The registers of the Vatican Archives and the Vatican Library are here represented not in their current order, but in a chronological one. The drafters (see catalog III) are cited in order of their first appearence in the registers. For each of the registers, at the beginning of the citation, the principal drafters (HM's) are indicated. For those drafts that show clear traces of more than one hand, added in brackets are the supplementary drafters or correctors. — A photo archive with specimens showing the specific orthography of the drafters and of the many secretaries and copyists belonging to the offices of Urban VIII can be consulted in the Roman Institute of the Görresgesellschaft. |
