| Summary: | « Mesologia », termine qui impiegato nel senso della Umweltlehre di uexküll e del fûdogaku di Watsuji, gravita attorno ai due concetti di médiance (fûdosei, definito da Watsuji come “il momento strutturale dell’esistenza umana”), e di trajection, cioè l’assunzione di un oggetto (S) come una certa cosa (S/P, letto come “S in quanto P”), implicando l’esistenza dell’interprete I di S in quanto P; che è la concreta struttura ternaria S-I-P (S è P per I) invece dell’astratta struttura binaria S-P (S è P). Al centro della realtà (S/P) è così all’opera l’operatore esistenziale “in quanto”, a cui si riferisce l’idea di Merleau-Ponty per cui il mondo naturale (S) si mostra attraverso (S/P) i predicati umani (P). « Mesology », here used in the sense of Uexküll’s Umweltlehre and Watsuji’s fûdogaku, gravitates around the two concepts of mediance (fûdosei, defined by Watsuji as “the structural moment of human existence”), and trajection, i.e. the assumption of the object (S) as a certain thing (S/P, read as “S as P”), implying the existence of the interpreter I of S as P; that is, the concrete ternary structure S-I-P (S is P for I) instead of the abstract binary structure S-P (S is P). At the core of reality (S/P) is thus at work the existential operator “as”, which one relates to Merleau-Ponty’s idea that the natural world (S) always shows through (S/P) human predicates (P). |
