| Summary: | This article tackles one of the caregiving relation’s myths: « the patient is at the center ». This categorical statement means that the patient is at the center of all concerns, which is a commendable but contradictory intention. This article purpose is therefore to deconstruct this anthropocentric concept in order to propose a double epistemolgical alternative: a « theory of Entre », which states the importance of a disparity in the caregiving relation and a Spinozistic conatus which gives it the opportunity to assert itself. L’articolo tratta di uno dei miti del rapporto di cura: « il paziente al centro». Enunciato categorico che significa che il paziente è al centro di tutte le preoccupazioni, si tratta di un’intenzione lodevole, ma contraddittoria. Il saggio mira a decostruire questo concetto antropocentrico, per proporre in alternativa un doppio fondamento epistemologico: una « teoria del l’Entre », che afferma l’importanza del divario, ovvero della distanza nel rapporto di cura, e il Conatus spinoziano che trova in esso la possibilità di affermarsi. |
