Nel tardo medioevo molti giuristi italiani esaminarono le questioni giuridiche sollevate dai testamenti a favore di chiese, conventi e religiosi appartenenti all’Ordine dei Frati Minori; nella storia giuridica medievale spiccano alcuni testi di Bartolo da Sassoferrato, Giovanni da Legnano e Federico Petrucci da Siena. |
