The paper studies texts of Bartolus de Saxoferrato, Johannes de Lignano and Fredericus Petrucii de Senis that appear as relevant in this context. Nel tardo medioevo molti giuristi italiani esaminarono le questioni giuridiche sollevate dai testamenti a favore di chiese, conventi e religiosi appartenenti all’Ordine dei Frati Minori; nella storia giuridica medievale spiccano alcuni testi di Bartolo da Sassoferrato, Giovanni da Legnano e Federico Petrucci da Siena.
