A brief review of the current trend toward the increased use of testing in the selection process. An actual example of the increased use of testing in both the public and private sector is illustrated. Some discussion regarding future trends of testing — Genetic Screening, Personality Test, Honesty Test, etc. are also presented as issues of concern.
