Summary:“Revolution, reformism, anarchism provide the categories with which an examination of the ‘theology of revolution’ must be undertaken in order to determine the extent to which it actually possesses a revolutionary content. Such a survey may be best approached by documenting briefly the attitudes expressed by Christian thinkers in the various centers of revolutionary activity in the Third World, and then turning to the writings of certain figures who have been most forthright in promoting the revolutionary cause in the west.”
