As far as I can judge, only one contributor is African (Jacob Olupona), and his contribution is more anthropological than ethical. The one essay about Rastafarianism is interesting but, of course, touches on only a tiny facet of the ethical dilemmas in the Caribbean. The very different perspectives that might have come from, say, Jamaica, Trinidad, and the hugely different cultures of the African continent are missing. | ||
