Manselli, who edited an anonymous treatise Contra hereticos et schismaticos (CHS) from Paris MS lat. 3371 (P), while passing over another opuscule, found in Nice MS 3 (N), specifically entitled Contra Henricum scismaticum et hereticum (HSH). Monique Zerner now gives us both treatises, identifies the author of HSH, Guilelmus Monachi, as an archbishop of Arles (died 1141), and adds a new witness to CHS, Seville MS 7-7-6. | ||
