Description
Summary:One can only welcome the next volume in the series of French translations of the sermons of Bernard of Clairvaux, which provide the corrected text of the Leclercq–Talbot–Rochais edition on facing pages. The corrections have been taken from those published by Jean Leclercq in 1987 in his Recueil d’études sur saint Bernard et ses écrits, 4 (Rome, 1987), pp. 409–18, and from those which emerged from the work of CETEDOC in the course of the preparation of the Thesaurus Sancti Bernardi Clarevallensis, together with other amendments which have emerged since the edition was originally published.
