R. and Philip Milton make available critical editions of a number Locke's writings, all but one of which were never published in his lifetime (although versions of most of them have been printed in some form or other in the centuries since his death), that are of considerable interest to those interested in the development of his thought, especially in relation to such matters as religious toleration, civil power, and ecclesiastical governance.
