Description
Summary:This well-merited Festschrift for Lewis's indefatigable and expert editor, biographer and bibliographer offers, after an introduction chronicling Walter Hooper's work with and on Lewis in a nicely informal manner, 11 essays on different aspects of Lewis and his reception. That Lewis continues to exert an attraction to such an extent—with much credit again due to Hooper for making materials available—might perhaps be felt to be surprising, but nonetheless it is an undeniable fact.
