Summary:During the W.C.C Seventh Assembly a number of people with evangelical perspectives met to reflect on the themes of the assembly and to contribute their perspectives to the ongoing work of the assembly. Over 100 gathered on 4 different occasions. They contributed in the processes of the formation of the section documents and also issued this letter during the assembly which they invited others to sign.The letter is followed by a report of their press conference which appeared in the Assembly Newspaper “Assembly Line”.Rene Padilla will contribute a full assessment of the Assembly in the October 1991 issue of Transformation.
