Well beyond the confines of the norms which regulate the rites and the structure of cult, this religions privileges «orthopraxy» above «orthodoxy». Among the persisting values of ancient Arabia – in a modern interpretation, needless to say – we have the prevalence of the group over the individual, from which both the distinct communitarian and solidaristic tendency of Muslim morals and the possible deviations of a conformist nature derive. |
