Summary: | Today more than 80 percent of the world's population resides in limited-access regions where there are political barriers to missionary entry and missionary service. Despite tight religious laws against traditional missionary activities, many lay professionals have found ways to access these regions creatively, as professionals in secular fields. The aim of this work is to help mobilize the whole people of God to be involved in mission by affirming their unique role in serving the kingdom of God—to have a presence in the local community and to a witness for Jesus Christ through their professional service. |
