Description
Summary:Missiology is a relatively new discipline insofar as the Church in North America is concerned. Consequently, members of the ASM have a special and vital interest in knowing how Christians in other parts of the world are reflecting on the missionary task. Dr. Costas, who has been a widely-recognized, successful evangelist throughout Latin America, has recently moved to the center of the stage as a leading missiologist of that part of the world. Through this survey he not only introduces us to the manner in which the Latin American Church approaches its task and makes us aware of its growing creativity, but he also awakens in us a desire to know of other parts of the world and the missiological thought that has begun to emerge.
