Everyone knows the great plurality of legal forms acquired over time by charities. Now, after the publication of the Motu proprio Fidelis dispensator et prudens by Pope Francis on 24 February 2014, the need to update their operating procedures in order to adapt them to contemporary business principles has become even more acute and urgent, particularly that of professionalism in drawing up a social report and its transparency. The essay published here demonstrates that these principles best express their innovative strength when combined with that of evangelical poverty. |
