| Summary: | Sometime around the mid-1980s I heard from a network of old school friends about a meeting of Catholic women in the Northern Beaches area. It was held over 2 days and I stayed at a hotel nearby. Graham English and Erin White were involved in this group and Bernice Moore was an executive secretary. Erin co-authored with Marie Tulip a book called "Knowing Otherwise". The first meetings had been held in Sydney. A priest, when he heard about it advised us, "Be patient, ladies! Be patient!", but we had already been patient for around two thousand years! |
