| 520 | |a Negli ultimi anni i canonisti hanno incontrato più volte –spesso di sfuggita– la formula “norma missionis” per riferirsi a quello che nella seconda metà del Novecento era stato spesso indicato come un generico “spirito del Diritto canonico”, la sintesi cioè delle dinamiche più peculiari (e profonde) che danno vita al Diritto della Chiesa ed animano anche la sua capacità di rispondere alle necessità dei tempi.Lo studio preparativo ai lavori della XIII Giornata canonistica interdisciplinare cerca di mostrare i presupposti della formula e la sua consistenza concettuale, soprattutto dal punto di vista teologico, cogliendo nella natura missionaria della Chiesa (cfr. LG 17) l’elemento qualificante la nuova prospettiva. | ||
