Mindsets guter Lehre in Beziehung zu den Mindsets religiöser Pluralität

| Resumo: | Based on the investigations of Mauritz, Hillebrand, Reis, Wittke and Kamcili-Yildiz (2020), who examined the mindsets of religious plurality as pre-conceptions of the classes on foreign religions in the Islamic religious teacher education, the interaction with mindsets about good interreligious teaching will be explored on the level of mindsets. The question of elaboration is, whether there are congruent patterns that can be identified or if each pre-conception follows its own logic on the level of mindsets. Methodically, the collected and evaluated interview data from Mauritz a.o. are again dealt with from an analytical point of view regarding the content of possible mindsets of good teaching. The data which were gathered with the help of MAXQDA have the potential to be reconstructed as mindsets that correlate with the mindsets of religious plurality. Patterns can also be found on the level of the individual, in terms of how the profiles of mindsets are interrelated. Aufbauend auf der Untersuchung von Mauritz, Hillebrand, Reis, Wittke und Kamcili-Yildiz (2020), die die Mindsets religiöser Pluralität als Präkonzept der Lehrenden fremdreligiöser Lehrveranstaltungen in der islamischen Religionslehrerbildung untersucht haben, wird im Folgenden noch immer auf der Ebene der Mindsets das Zusammenspiel mit den Mindsets zu guter interreligiöser Lehre untersucht. Die Untersuchungsfrage ist, ob sich hier kongruente Muster identifizieren lassen oder ob schon auf der Ebene der Mindsets die beiden Präkonzepte eigenen Logiken folgen. Methodisch werden die bei Mauritz et al. erhobenen und ausgewerteten Interviewdaten noch einmal inhaltsanalytisch mit Blick auf mögliche Mindsets guter Lehre bearbeitet. Die dabei mithilfe von MAXQDA erhobenen Kategorien lassen sich durchaus als Mindsets rekonstruieren, die zu den Mindsets religiöser Pluralität in Beziehung stehen. Auf der Individuumsebene lassen sich ebenfalls Muster erkennen, wie sich die Mindsetprofile zueinander verhalten. |
