| Summary: | L'articolo svolge una riflessione canonistica sull'affermazione della Lettera Iuvenescit Ecclesia circa la coessenzialità esistente fra doni gerarchici e carismatici. Dopo aver chiarito che il fondamento ecclesiologico di tale coessenzialità si situa nella complementarità nell'azione congiunta fra la missione di Cristo e quella del suo Spirito, viene centrata l'attenzione sui movimenti ecclesiali, quali doni carismatici condivisi. Affinché essi possano sviluppare una relazione costruttiva con gli altri doni presenti nella vita ecclesiale, si ricordano alcuni elementi ecclesiologici: Il rapporto di mutua immanenza fra Chiesa universale e Chiesa particolare così come l'unità e varietà proprie della Chiesa. Fra gli aspetti canonistici della complementarità fra istituzione e carisma, sono presi in considerazione: la necessaria apertura dell'istituzione al carisma il quale, a sua volta, la «provoca» e la vivifica, l'esercizio dei carismi, il loro riconoscimento e promozione da parte della Gerarchia. The article reflects on a canon law statement of the letter of CDF Iuvenescit Ecclesia about the hierarchical and charismatic gifts, which are coessential. After clarifying that the ecclesiological Jundament of their being both coessential lies in their complementarity, in the combined action between the mission of Christ and that of His Spirit, the attention is focused on the ecclesiastical movements as sharing charismatic gifts. Some ecclesiastical elements must be mentioned so that they can develop a productive relationship with the other gifts of the ecclesiastical life: the mutual immanence between the universal Church and the particular Church as well as the unity and variety of the Church itself. Among the aspects of the canon law about the complementarity between the institution and the charisma, the aspects taken into consideration are the essential opening of the institutions to the charisma, which, on his turn, «causes» and brings to life the charisma exercise and their identification and promotion on the Hierarchy part. |
