Description
Summary:Canon 13 of the IV Lateran Council (1215) prohibits the doundation of a novae religio. The canon was incorporated in the Compilatio IV (1216-1217) under the chapter Ne nimia. In the same book, the third, and with the same rubric under the title "de religiosis domibus... e incipit, Ne nimia", the Canon became part of the Decretals of Gregory IX (1234).
