The present paper consists of three parts: A) A review of the most recent volume of the Proceedings (XIV, Congress of Toronto 2012, published 2016). - B) A statistical overview of the entire series of 14 volumes beginning with the first Congress of Louvain 1958/9 and embracing 551 articles by 354 authors.
