Descrição
Resumo:In these late years we are being witness to the development of the associative phenomenon in the Church, which has been defined under different names (Such as "ecclesial movements" or "new communities", among others) although canonically they have been mainly approved as international private associations of the faithful. Being their statues the instrument which may describe best their identity, it is therefore important to count on appropiate legal texts, from a formal content point of view. It is through these statutes that the authority will approve the association, and members or third parties who at some stage may come across the association, will come to know the way it is and how it is expected to act. Nevertheless, life shows us there are some difficulties in these aspects, calling our attention issues related to the publicity of the norms, ad intra and ad extra of the associations
