Summary:The constitutional history of a nation, not only it is formed by the successive Constitutions that have been in force along his history. Also for those other documents that, for one or another circumstance, never managed to be approved. Several have been the constitutional Spanish Projects. Between them: Projects of Fundamental laws of Juan Bravo Murillo (1852); project of Constitution of the Spanish Monarchy (1856); project of Federal Constitution of the Spanish Republic (1873); Preliminary design of Constitution of the Spanish Monarchy (1929); and Preliminary design of Constitution of the Spanish Republic (1931). So, well, in all the relations regulated Chruch-Estate, being different the solutions contained in his articles. The tidy and systematic study of this regulation constitutes the object of the present work
